I love to fly. It never gets old, the rush of take-off as you zoom away from the earth and burst through the clouds into a golden wonderland. The clouds were particularly beautiful over Bass Strait in the late afternoon, a myriad of purples, pinks and blues, all tinged with gold and fire.
