Happiness as Anarchy #183: First Cherries of the Season

How I love finding the first cherries of the season on offer in the fruit shop. I can’t resist their shiny burgundy skin, beckoning me to savour the juicy, sweet flesh. Today was that special day, heralding the start of summer and all the fruitful excess of mangoes, peaches, nectarines, figs, plums, berries, and melons.
