Tiny Pleasures #298: ANZAC Biscuits

The ANZAC is my default biscuit when I’m short on baking creativity. It feels like the workhorse of bikkies when I’m making the batch, but when they come out of the oven I am always delightfully surprised at just how delicious they are. Crunchy on the outside, chewy inside, sweet, buttery, and oaty. Yum!
