TIny Pleasures #334: Bright & Stormy
The photo doesn't do this evening's dramatic sky justice. Brilliant light where the sun landed against a dark, brooding sky, accompanied by the mad screeching and flapping of a flock of corellas.

The evening glow lights up the power pole outside my house. Ordinarily a grey lump of concrete, for a tiny window of time, it turns a wonderful rose gold colour. If I'm lucky I look out at exactly the right time to enjoy its ten minutes of splendour.
The winter afternoon sun is stunning in this part of the world. The colours are at full saturation and the contrast between light and shade is dramatic. A wonderful landscape to traverse on my way home. Kooroocheang silos
