Every now and again I make a dish that looks like a magazine picture. Tonight was one of them, complete with bright, shiny vegetables, perfectly browned chicken drumsticks and a sprinkling of herbs on the top. Straight to the pages of my imaginary cookbook! The best thing, however, was that it tasted delicious.
