Big, fat, sweet, juicy oysters are manna from heaven. My mum brought me half a dozen of delicious beauties today. I savoured them one by one with a glass of dry sherry.
Amie Brûlée is a musician, performer, teacher and researcher. She sings, plays piano, double bass and ukulele, unearths old songs and writes new ones.
