I taught a room full of sales reps to bush dance this evening. It was so much fun watching their serious, grown-up, work faces change into delighted grins as they let themselves enjoy the fun and silliness of the dances. Heel and Toe Polka as therapy, I say. Bush dancing might just be the best team building exercise around.
