Tiny Pleasures #61: Anzac Biscuits

A mound of Anzac Biscuits is a joy to behold. Crispy and crunchy on the outside thanks to the sugar and golden syrup, and chewy on the inside, bursting with of the flavour of buttery goodness. I bake them for my teenage daughter and it makes me feel like a good mum.
